Bird Migration

An overview of some vernal and autumnal bird migrations in Switzerland. The schedules can vary with environmental conditions and individual birds, and can even stretch over several months. Some migratory species spend the summer in Switzerland, some the winter, while others only pass through. And not all individuals of all species mentioned here necessarily migrate.
